Minister of State For Foreign Affairs Resigns

The minister of state for foreign affairs, Khadija Ibrahim has resigned. The minister tendered in her resignation letter today in order for her to contest the Yobe state House of Representative election slated for February 16th.

She is also wife to Senator and former Governor of Yobe State, Khadija contested against and defeated her son-in law, Mohammed Bukar-Ibrahim, to pick the ticket of the All Progressives Congress in October 2018 during the state APC primaries.
