Amaju Pinnick looks ahead to 2017

Nigerians were not entirely pleased with 2016 with so many challenges and maybe some high notes.

Started the year with missing out of AFCON 2017, the embarrassment from Paul Le Guen’s appointment was covered up with some positives after the appointment of Gernot Rohr and we wrapped up 2016 in a bizarre manner with the Super Falcons.

Amaju Pinnick, Nigeria Football Federation President granted a brief interview. On expectation for the Nigerian football federation in 2017.

He said: “We are going to approach 2017 with realistic, tactical, practical, objective and prayerful tendencies”

Realistic: Programmes and tournaments are going to be based on the reality of our economic or financial standing.

Tactical: Applying tactics in solving perceived problems and proffering solutions

Practical: what is practicable in every given situation as a panacea for positive results.

Objective: isolate sentiments completely in assessing situations and plans in building opinions and taking major decisions

Prayerful: No doubt, there are loads of Spiritual forces against the NFF and its programmes so prayers conquer and answereth all.
