The Women’s Film Club proudly presents the September screening featuring an independent contemporary Nigerian film; Las Gidi Vice. The film directed by Udoka Oyeka follows a playboy’s fun night out as it turns adventurous when he meets a girl he’ll never forget. It stars Theresa Edem, Hauwa Allahbura, Bucci Franklin and Tunji Ogunkeye.
The screening will be held at the Ford Foundation, #10, 105 Close Banana Island, Ikoyi on Friday, September 29th, 2017 at 3 pm prompt. Following the film screening will be a director Q&A and discussion session that will aim to promote culture, spread knowledge through insight and bring new topics to the forefront of the dialogue of pressing social issues relating to women.
An encore screening will hold afterwards at 4 pm and 5 pm.
